In early 2010, John Farrelly was running a small business. Being a math geek, he decided to do his own accounts. After trying a lot of accounting products, he couldn’t understand why they all expected the business owner to know the accounting rules. So he set about building an accounting product that had all the accounting rules built into its workflows.

Peter Connor joined in mid 2010 and Bullet was born.

Bullet started working towards becoming an all-in-one fintech toolkit.

• Bullet acquired a Techstar alumni project management tool which focused on efficiency.
• Bullet acquired a proposal software tool.
• Built acquired Quicknote, a very popular non-server-based note taking tool used by over 500,000 people a year.
• Bullet started re-designing, integrating, all the products to create the first phase of its plan.

Bullet became an all-in-one toolkit focusing on fintech to help founders make more money and automate financial flows in their business. Providing solutions to help our clients company grow profit is our goal.
